Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order apparel, we kindly ask that you review your sizing and order details thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that refunds will not be issued for products returned due to incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, as all our products are made to order based on the information provided at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been incorrectly sized, unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
